Dive into the cool, refreshing waters for a swim, grab a paddle for some kayaking, or cast a line and maybe catch dinner! For those who love to explore, the surrounding wilderness is a hiker's paradise, offering trails that lead to awe-inspiring views and hidden gems. Picture yourself catching up with relatives by the lakeside, sharing stories around a crackling campfire, and stargazing into the clear night sky. This reunion is not just about reveling in the beauty of Lake Shasta but about celebrating our cherished connections and creating new memories that will last a lifetime.
Arrival Information:
- Before arriving, please review the welcome book from Shasta Lakeshore Retreat. (Click Here)
- When you arrive, please be sure to check in at Bill’s Retreat R10 (See Map Here)
- You will receive your t-shirts, itinerary/brochure, and a yummy brisket sandwich.
- We have a pot luck planned for dinner on Sunday evening. Each sibling’s family should be prepared to bring 1 main dish and 1 side dish or dessert. (Estimate 15-20 portions). Feel free to cook/bake or to pick up something ready from the grocery store.
- If you are interested in riding a Jet Ski or piloting a boat, California law requires you to obtain a California Boater Card (See info here)
- Here is a list of courses you can take online and print off a temporary card for use on the trip. (Click Here)
